Sports Physicals are required annually for students participating in MHSA sanctioned sports. We provide a physical therapist musculoskeletal evaluation with your Sports Physical exam. If you are in need of a Sports Physical, please contact us at 538-4110 to set up an appointment. CMMC will give back the cost of your sports physical to your designated schools’ athletic program!
